For all over Canada there will be a flat rate shipping cost of CAD $14.00. We are sorry we can not ship products outside of Canada.
We aim to ship out all orders within 3 business days pending availability and verification of payment.
Certain remote areas within Canada have limited delivery service and this results in a high shipping cost. We do have competitive rates with FedEx and Canada Post that you can take advantage of. Once we receive your order, we will contact you with the shipping surcharge. We apologize in advance for any delays or inconvenience this may cause.
Return Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction with every product we sell and will refund your purchase price. But refund won’t allow if the products seal is broken and Used. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. You are able to claim the refund within 14 days of product receive.
Skin Spot Clinic may in the future restrict its return policy regarding products.
