Dr. Enyvari uses dermatoscope to examine lesions. He is highly experienced in the use of dermoscopy, which he has been using for 15 years.
Dermoscopy is the art of detecting skin cancers with the use of a skin surface microscope — the dermatoscope. With the use of a dermoscope, Dr. Enyvari is able to see features of skin lesions that can't be seen with the naked eye. This greatly improves diagnostic accuracy of skin cancers.

Dr. Enyvari provides urgent assessment and biopsy of suspicious skin lesions, often on the same day as your skin examination. He also perfoms excisions for confirmed skin cancers, including melanoma, basal cell carcinoma(BCC), and squamous cell carcinoma(SCC). Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) or "Blue Light Treatment"
This is a topical, non-surgical treatment for correcting sun damage in the skin and preventing future skin cancers, The treatment uses a special cream (Levulan) applied to the face, which is then activated by a blue light.
PDT at Skin Spot Clinic uses Levulan (aminolevulinic acid), a light-activated agent applied to the skin, which is then activated by the LightStim LED blue-light device. The activated cream targets pre-cancerous and cancerous skin cells while leaving healthy surrounding tissue intact. This non-surgical approach is ideal for treating actinic keratoses (pre-cancerous skin lesions) and certain superficial skin cancers.

Dr. Andrew Enyvari is the founder and lead physician at Skin Spot Clinic in Chilliwack, BC. A Family Physician with a special interest in skin cancer, he has been practising in skin cancer medicine for the past 15+ years.
Dr. Enyvari received extensive training in Australia in skin cancer diagnosis, treatment, and surgery. He has completed multiple courses in skin cancer medicine, equipping him with a depth of expertise in this area.

Co-Founder of Skin Spot Clinic
Coreen is the heart of Skin Spot Clinic and Skincare by Skinspot, and the wife of Dr. Andrew Enyvari. She has delicately designed the clinic's interior, including its colours and artwork. Coreen has worked alongside Dr. Enyvari for the past 23 years, assisting him with skin cancer treatments and surgeries in Australia and locally here in Chilliwack.

Clinic Manager
As our clinic manager, Starrlee brings dedication, warmth, and expertise to every patient interaction. Having come to us from a surgical centre, she also assists Dr. Enyvari directly with skin cancer surgeries and cosmetic mole removals. Starrlee has a genuine passion for skin cancer awareness and skin health, and is always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
She performs a full range of treatments including mole mapping — carefully photographing and documenting your moles for monitoring — as well as PDT (Photodynamic Therapy), IPL laser, hair removal, chemical peels, and microneedling. She is also happy to guide you through our medical-grade skincare product selection and find the right solutions for your skin.

Alannah is the most recent member of the Skin Spot team and has quickly become a valued member of our staff. She is a trained aesthetician with a lot of knowledge to offer patients. She has a genuine passion for skin health and skin cancer awareness, and brings that enthusiasm to every patient she works with.
As a trained aesthetician, Alannah brings hands-on expertise to every treatment she performs — from mole mapping and PDT (Photodynamic Therapy) to IPL laser, hair removal, chemical peels, and microneedling. Her esthetics background gives her a deeper understanding of skin physiology, allowing her to tailor each treatment to the individual.
